The shopping and service center was built in Kalisz at the intersection of Młynarska, Serbinowska and Wojska Polskiego Avenue. On a plot of approximately 22,000 square meters, 4 buildings with a development area of approximately 7,900 square meters were built.
An additional 915 square meters has been earmarked for outdoor "house and garden" sales. One of the tenants is the Piotr i Paweł chain, which leases over 1,300 square meters, and the Bricomarché DIY store, which occupies nearly 2,700 square meters. There are also office space in the center. Under one of the buildings there is an underground car park for 50 cars. There are also 147 parking spaces around the center. Due to the very good location of the mall, there will be well-known and popular brands, but the list of tenants is still open, so we encourage you to contact the investor and get acquainted with the rental offer. Our goal was to create a facility that harmoniously fits into the surrounding buildings, where residents will have close proximity to shopping. We are also trying to enrich the commercial offer of the city of Kalisz.
Giving the choice of the name of the shopping center into the hands of the residents is not accidental, it is also a signal that we would like to take an active part in the life of the community and support local initiatives, while listening to the voice of Kalisz residents.
