The Hotel Centrum in Bolesławiec City Centre Mall will start receiving guests from 1 March.
On 15 February, the grand opening of the Hotel Centrum in Bolesławiec took place. The Hotel will occupy the entire last floor of the Bolesławiec City Centre Mall building. It will be operated by ANTAN – the company that owns the building. We plan to extend the functions implemented in the building at 1 Asnyka Street - hence the decision to adapt the second floor into a three-star hotel. Our analyses show that despite having the existing accommodation base, Bolesławiec needs this type of facility. A modern hotel located in the centre, which will be an interesting offer for both the business client and the tourists visiting Bolesławiec - says Edyta Bystra – representative of Antan Development Poland.
The Hotel offers accommodation in rooms of a high European standard, not available in Bolesławiec to date. We wanted to create a facility that will offer to its guests the comfort and convenience we ourselves expect when travelling - Edyta Bystra adds.
The ceremony that took place on Wednesday on 15 February attracted nearly 100 guests - representatives of municipal authorities, local government, local companies and existing tenants of the Shopping Centre’s premises. The ribbon-cutting was made by Mr Robert Faktor - owner of Antan Group. During his speech, he emphasised the key role of border cities as Bolesławiec - both in the economic development of neighbouring countries and the development of tourism and the creation of ties between local communities that are the basis of the European Union’s unity.
The main attraction of the evening was not only a reception with live music but above all a casino that occupied on this day almost the entire lobby area.

The Hotel Centre will offer among others: 28 rooms (single and double rooms, family rooms and rooms of the superior standard), a modern design, high-quality finishing materials, full accessibility for disabled persons and bright rooms with panoramic windows that will make staying at the Hotel Centrum a real pleasure.
Rooms will be equipped with modern audio-video equipment, a work area and free access to the WI-FI.
The Hotel Centrum Bolesławiec is situated in the very city centre at 1 Asnyka Street - in the immediate vicinity of the beautiful Old Town. Within a few minutes walk, there are: restaurants, the city park, water park, cinema and the Bolesławiec City Centre Mall.
The facility has underground car parking places for hotel guests. It is also possible to park outside of the building.

Boleslawiec - a town located in Poland, in the Lower Silesian Voivodeship it is the administrative seat of Bolesławiec County, historically located in Lower Silesia. The river Bóbr runs through the city and the surrounding forests belong to the Lower Silesian Wilderness. According to the Central Statistical Office, as of 31 December 2015 the city had 39,373 inhabitants.
