Stary Dworzec Retail Park in Bolesławiec is another project implemented by ANTAN Development.
The constructed facility is a retail park with convenient shopping and easy access to culinary, food and service offer. The facility will have eight premises, i.e. one with an area of 1330 m2, 6 of 375 and 1 with an area of approx. 600 m2, for the culinary function with a square with an allocated outdoor garden. The facility will have also 167 parking places.
The planned commissioning date of the facility is Q2 2018.
