Further agreements in Kalinka Retail Park

ANTAN Development Polska informs about the lease of retail space of 335 m2 in the Kalinka Shopping Centre in Kalisz, Poland. The location in Kalisz is the second Pick-up Point of the IKEA retail chain, which wants to develop both in Poland and in Europe.

In April, for stage I of the Project with a space of 5,933.01 m2 the following premises were opened: Piotr i Paweł, BricoMarche and Rossmann, and by signing agreements with further Tenants: Pepco, NEONET, Apteka Kaliniec and "Szarlotka" confectionary, the Centre approaches full occupancy.
